Our partner, Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, is running the Building and Trade Blood Drive from 1 September to 30 November and our City Lifeblood Team is taking part. Together, we can make a real difference.
Did you know that 1 in 3 people will need donated blood in their lifetime? That means some people around you, at work and in your family, have probably already needed it. Whether it was getting through a difficult childbirth, managing an ongoing immune disease, or maybe even treating anaemia; the people who depend on donated blood are around you every day. One day, it could even be you who needs it.
The City team has been rolling up its sleeves to lend a helping arm for this brilliant cause. There’s still time to take part in the Building and Trade Blood Drive or register to become a blood donor through the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood site.
